  • Pricing: Brilliantree operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Pricing details will be provided at the time of registration and on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at our discretion, with prior notice to users.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are due based on your selected subscription plan, and must be made in full to continue using the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Termination by Brilliantree: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions or if we believe your use of the platform poses a risk to the security or integrity of Brilliantree.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any data stored within the platform. You are responsible for exporting any data before termination.

10. Limitation of Liability
