Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

1. Subscription Fees

  • All subscription fees for Brilliantree are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as per the plan selected by the school.

  • The school must ensure payment is made on time to continue access to the platform.

2. Cancellation

  • Schools can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@brilliantree.com or using the cancellation option available in the admin portal.

  • Once cancelled, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If the school decides to cancel the service within 30 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be provided.

  • After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for any paid subscriptions, unless required by applicable law.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds or adjustments may be considered for exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent access to the platform for an extended period. These cases will be reviewed individually by our support team.
